1. What is the ADP/APA Year-End Seminar?
This 1-day seminar is an opportunity for ADP clients (you) to learn about the latest payroll legislative changes and hear the critical information for effective year-end preparation.
2. Why should I attend?
By attending this seminar our clients will receive:

- Up-to-the-minute payroll legislation information directly from the APA Washington Bureau
- The APA Preparing for Year-End book with extensive information on federal and state regulations impacting year-end, legislative regulations review, and additional publications

- Answers to your questions by the ADP and APA facilitators

4. Who should attend the ADP/APA Year-End Seminar?
- All client payroll clerks, payroll administrators, payroll managers and anyone who is involved in
their year-end will benefit from this seminar.
5. Is there a prerequisite to attending the class?
6. Will meals be served at the seminars?
- Yes. Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be served as well as morning and afternoon breaks.
7. What are the start and end times of the seminar?
- The seminar starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.
8. How is the seminar billing handled?
- To be consistent with how we are billing the rest of our training, National Account Clients will be billed directly based on their processing region.
- If the client must cancel five business days or less prior to the seminar and is unable to reschedule, they will be billed their applicable registration fee as ADP will have already paid APA for their materials and the hotel for their food and beverage by that date. ADP will send
both the ADP and the APA materials to any client who must cancel.
9. What is the cost to attend?
- The cost to attend this joint ADP/APA Seminar is as follows:
- Early Registration: July 1, 2006 – September 1, 2006 - $300.00
- Standard Registration: September 2, 2006 – October 6, 2006 - $350.00
- Late Registration: October 7, 2006 – October 21, 2006 - $400.00
- The cost to attend the APA’s public 1-day Preparing for Year-End and 2007 seminar is $359 for a member, $399 for the colleague of a member and $464 for a non-member.
10. If the client cannot attend, may they purchase the materials?
- Yes, the APA seminar book will be available in November at a cost of $359 for APA members,
$399 for the colleague of a member and $464 for non-members. The book can be ordered
through the American Payroll Assocation.
- The cost of the ADP Participant Guide is $50. The Guide will be available after all seminars
have been completed. Please order the material through your National Service Center Solution
Center Consultant.
